Quality Assurance Inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2008 specifications.
CAD Operated
We can convert CAD models into a finished measurement program before the material even hits the shop floor.
Computerized Measurement
Our inspection inclues two Zeiss Contura CNC coordinate measuring machines with scanning heads.
